Kelowna Geology Committee Bursary

As a result of profits from sale of the first edition of the Kelowna Geology book, an endowment of $30,000 was established at Okanagan College and the University of British Columbia Okanagan for students entering science degree programs. With proceeds from the new book, Okanagan Geology, the endowment now totals over $75,000.The awards for 2007 for example,, were $2000 to a student at the College and a student at the University.
